2024 fox hunt
The Georgia Hunting & Fishing Federation proudly hosted the National HGA hunt on June 29, 2024, at the United Fox Pen in Swainsboro, GA.
The event saw a robust participation with 202 entries. The preceding night, Kenny Williams led the bench show, where Hotline Loco from Hotline Kennels in Keystone Heights, Florida, clinched the Best in Show. The Best Opposite Sex was awarded to Turdhill Sissy from BBK Stay Ready Kennels of MS/GA.
The day’s standout was Rose Creek Dot from Rose Creek Kennels in Lake City, FL, who swept the awards with 1st place in Speed & Drive, Endurance, HGA, and the Combination winner.
Thanks to this event, we raised over $6,300 to support our ongoing efforts to preserve the tradition and camaraderie of running hounds. We extend our gratitude to all participants and supporters who continue to help us fight for our rights to enjoy these gatherings.

We hold elected officials accountable to the public they are sworn to serve. To hold all sportsmen to the highest moral and ethical standards possible.
HISTORY
Founded in 2003, hunters and fishermen from all over Georgia organized and held a rally in Blackshear, GA., with nearly 5,000 folks in attendance. From this start, GHFF has formed local chapters all over the state, all with the common goal of preserving and promoting Georgia's hunting and fishing heritage.
PROTECTING YOUR RIGHTS
GHFF actively collaborates with lawmakers and the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to advocate for enhancements in hunting and outdoor sports, including measures to protect our gun rights, preserve time-honored hunting traditions, and encourage youth participation in these activities.

Our Non Profit is dedicated to extending a warm welcome to individuals like yourself who are driven by a common purpose: safeguarding hunting traditions, defending the right to bear arms, and nurturing outdoor sports.
